Class Notes will ship any note packet if an online note packet has been purchased. Proof of purchase is required and will be validated by the staff of Class Notes. The price to have a packet sent to you is $6.50. This includes a paper note packet plus USPS Priority Mail. Your packet should be received within 2-3 working days. To place your order for a physical packet you will need to call our main office at (859) 252-6683.
Refund Policy:
Class Notes does not offer any refund policy of any kind. Old notes purchased in person or using our online system do not warrant any type of refund whatsoever. All note packets, online or purchased in person, are not guaranteed to contain the exact material in a differing semester. If you are able to purchase your note packet in person Class Notes recommends you do so. This will allow you the option of previewing all note packets from previous terms and the current term. This option is not available for packets purchased online. Once an online packet is activated the transaction is considered complete.
