Getyournotes.com does not offer a refund of any kind on our note packets. All information presented in our note packets is an intepretation of lecture material. The material listed on each packet's description is a sample of what material is included in the note packet. If something has been covered in your class and is not included in the description, please do not assume that said material is present. If you have any questions regarding a particular topic or subject matter being discussed in a packet, please contact our office so that we may verify it being included in the note packet.

Shipping Information:

Getyournotes.com will ship any note packet. We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. Please call our office to find out more information about our shipping.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

All payments will be charged from Kentucky Class Notes LLC

Class Notes will not distribute any private information to third parties, unless they are pre-approved third parties with which Class Notes has a business relationship or partnership.

If you submitted your e-mail address to Class Notes or any of its partner websites your information may be used or submitted to our business partners. We do, however, make a concerted effort to ensure that all of our business partners or relationships are of reasonable interest to our consumers.

If you feel that your information has been received in error please send an e-mail to our corporate office immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
