- Can I print an E-packet?
Yes, all newly published e-packets are printable from your computer.
- I haven't received the e-mail containing my username and password
If you haven't received your username and password in a second e-mail, please check your spam or trash folder. Sometimes e-mails coming from an address you haven't used before will be caught by Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, or other services and programs. If you still do not have the e-mail containing your username and password, then please contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
- My e-packet is not attached to my activation e-mail.
Even if the e-mail you receive says that your e-packet will be attached, it will not be. Our username and password e-mails will somtimes say that your packet will be attached, but you will have to download the packet manually. If you did not click the download link that was displayed when your order was confirmed, please follow these simple directions to access your packet:
1.) Login to your account on our website by clicking 'My Account.'
2.) Under 'My Orders' click 'View the orders I have made.'
3.) Click your most recent order. At the bottom of the displayed page you will find your download link. Click the link and study!
- I can't get my packet to register on the internet
If you are unable to get your packet to register on the internet there are a few different options that could be causing this problem:
1.)You have a firewall blocking our E-packet from accessing the internet.
To resovle this look in your status tray and disable any and all firewall programs you might have operating. This should allow our E-packet access to the internet so that your packet may be registered.
2.)Your virus protection may be blocking our E-packet from accessing the internet.
To resolve this error look in your status tray and disable any and all anti-virus programs you might have operating. After E-packet registration, please make sure to activate your anti-virus software again.
- Can I register my E-packet on more than one computer?
No, once an E-packet is registered on one computer it cannot be registered on any other computer.
- Can I use a download manager to download my E-packet
Kentucky Class Notes does not recommend you use a download manager when downloading you E-packet. Because of the way download managers function, they will most likey use more than your five alloted downloads before completing the download. If this does occur, please call Kentucky Class Notes and a fix will be arranged.
